(please click on the Question to display the Answer)

A. To submit your RSVP, click on the RSVP link at the top of any page or alternatively click here. Once in the RSVP page, please fill in the details as required. The RSVP should be submitted for your whole party at one time, i.e. your couple or family. Please let James or Tegan know if you are having any issues with completing your RSVP.

A. Please send your RSVP as soon as you can! The latest we can accept your response is 6th May 2024. If we do not receive your response by this date, it will be marked as "Declined". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we must provide final guest numbers to our venue and vendors, and we cannot accept late RSVPs past this point. We thank you for your understanding.

A. Due to limited space, we can sadly only accommodate guests formally named on your invitation. Please note if someone cannot attend from your party, we are unable to accept another guest in their place.

A. Whilst we love your kids we don't think our wedding will be very fun for young children, so this is an over-13 event. We hope you understand and take the opportunity to have a well-deserved night off!

A. We would love our family and friends to dress up with us for our big day! So, we are requesting that all of our guests dress in formal attire - please no jeans, shorts, t-shirts or trainers. We kindly ask that women refrain from wearing colours traditionally reserved for the bride, such as white, ivory and cream.

A. Our ceremony will be taking place at 1pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony starts to allow you time to park, mingle and find your seat. There is a bar and seating area open from 12pm that guests may use before the ceremony starts.

For evening guests, please arrive at 6:30pm.

A. Yes! There is a large private car park on site that is free of charge. Guests are also permitted to leave their car overnight, but the venue asks that cars are collected by 11am the next day.

A. Of course! The only request we make is to please put your phones and cameras away for the ceremony. We have hired an incredible photographer to capture our ceremony and would love for you to be present when we say "I Do". However, please feel free to take photos and videos at any time before and after the ceremony. A Photo Booth with digital photos and print outs will also be present on the day!

A. Of course, we welcome you to share our special day! However, we kindly request that guests do not post any photos of the bride and groom on social media until James and Tegan have posted their own photographs.

A. The greatest gift is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon, a wedding card can be dropped in the card box on arrival.

A. There is no accommodation at the venue for guests, however there are plenty of places to stay in the area. Please view a list of hotel recommendations shown on the Venue page.

A. The address for the venue is The Granary Estates, Parsonage Farm Lane, Woodditton, Newmarket, CB8 9RZ. It is easily accessible by car - just enter the address into your sat nav or google maps. Alternatively, it is a 9 minute taxi ride away from Newmarket train station.

A. All parts of the day will be taking place inside the venue, with the exception of the post ceremony drinks that will be held in the courtyard (weather-permitting).

A. Yes! We have hired a great catering company to provide food throughout the day and evening, who are able to cater for any dietary requirements and/or food allergies that guests have. However, please do inform us of any dietary requirements and/or food allergies when completing your RSVP on our website so that the caterers can plan accordingly and you are not left hungry on the day.

A. All wedding updates following the invitations will be posted on our website or Tegan and James will contact you directly.

Please feel free to reach out to Tegan or James using the contact details on your invitation.
